Rock Goddess

You surely would've noticed this trend in most magazines lately, i usually refer to it as "rock goddess". This is simply chic pieces with a hardcore edge, mainly black- and is created using shiny fabrics such as leather to make a strong-looking outfit with angles while incorporating detail such as studs and gems to give an edge all while remaining stylish and not losing femininity. Some examples include the Balmain Fall 09 runway, Rock & Republic Spring 09, and designs by Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen.
